Steam Ginger Fish

Steam Ginger Fish
Ingredients
Fish whole ½ kg
Ginger 1 piece
Spring onion 1
Green chilies 3 to 4
Garlic 2 cloves
Black pepper ¼ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste


Method
• Cook ½ kg fish cubes in steam.
• Heat 3 tbsp oil in pan, add 2 chopped cloves of garlic and fry well till golden brown.
• Now add 1 piece of ginger and 1 chopped spring onion. Fry well.
• Add 2 tbsp honey and 1 glass of water. Mix well.
• Now add ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp white pepper and salt to taste. Cook till mixture starts boiling.

Thicken sauce with 2 tbsp corn flour paste. Pour on top of fish cubes and serve immediately.
