Mango soup

Mango soup
Ingredients
Mango 2
Chicken stock 2 glasses
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Toasted flour 4 tbsp
Fresh cream 3 tbsp
Method:
1- Peel one mango and cut it in small pieces. Make puree of the other mango.
2- In a pan, add 2 glasses of chicken stock and let it cook.
3- When it starts cooking, add mango puree, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper powder. Cook for another 2-4 minutes.
4- Add 4 tbsp toasted flour, and let it thicken.
5- When it thickens, add 3 tbsp fresh cream.
6- Garnish with mango cubes. Delicious mango soup is ready to serve.
