Fry Prawn
Ingredients
Prawns 300 gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients for Batter
Eggs 2
Flour ½ cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Dry flour 1 cup
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
White pepper powder ½ tsp
Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste


Method
• Mark cuts on 300 gm prawns, marinate with 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. keep aside.
• In a bowl mix together ½ cup flour, ½ cup corn flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp green chili paste, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp white pepper powder and salt to taste.
• Heat oil in a pan, roll marinated prawns in dry flour, now dip in prepared batter and deep fry till golden brown.
• Serve hot with chili garlic sauce.
