Kaleji Masaley Wali
Ingredients
Mutton liver ½ kg
Onion 1 medium
Oil ¼ cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Boiled tomatoes 2
Coriander leaves as required



Method
• Cut ½ kg mutton liver into slices, also cut 1 onion into slices.
• Heat ¼ cup oil in pan, add sliced onion and fry till golden brown.
• Now add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
• Add liver slices and fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
• Add 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and 2 chopped tomatoes. Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
• Now add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
• Remove lid, fry well over high flame till water dries. Serve hot.
