Chicken Coriander Soup

Chicken Coriander Soup
Ingredients
Chicken 200 gm
Egg 1
Green chilies 3
Chicken stock 2 glasses
Garlic 4 cloves
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Mushroom ½ cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste


Method
• Chop 200 gm chicken very well. Also chop 4 cloves of garlic, ¼ bunch coriander leaves and 3 green chilies.
• Heat 4 tbsp oil in pan, add chopped garlic and fry well till golden brown.
• Now add 200 gm finely chopped chicken, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves and ½ cup mushroom, fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
• Add 2 glasses of chicken stock, cook till mixture starts boiling, add ½ cup corn flour paste and cook till thickens.
• Lastly add 1 beaten egg and mix well, cook for another 2 minutes, remove in a serving bowl. Serve hot with soya sauce and chili sauce.
