Fried rice

Fried rice

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless ½ kg
Boiled rice ½ kg
Spring onions ¼ kg
Egg 1
Carrot 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cup
Cauliflower 1 cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Chopped red chili 1 tsp
Finely sliced garlic 1 tbsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Method:
In a pot heat 4 tbsp oil and add 1 tbsp finely sliced garlic. Along with it add ½ kg chicken and close the lid for 10 minutes. Now add 1tsp chopped red chili, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 cup carrot, 1 cup capsicum, ¼ kg spring onions and 1 cup cauliflower, cook for 1 minute. Now add ½ kg boiled rice. Take another pan and fry whisked egg in it, crush the egg and add into rice. In the end add 4 tbsp of soya sauce, mix it well, and leave it to simmer for 10 minutes. Tasty fried rice is ready to serve.
