Beef chili with red sauce


Ingredients:
Beef undercut ½ kg
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Chicken stock 1 cup
Capsicum 2
Green chili 10
Corn flour 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Cut the beef into strips and marinate it with ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp of sesame oil, leave it for a night. Now heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry 1 tbsp of chopped garlic in it. when the fragrance start coming add the chicken and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add 1 cup chicken stock, cook it on low flame. When the boil start coming add ½ tsp of black pepper and corn flour. in the end ad 1 cup tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 10 green chili and 2 capsicum, close the flame. Tasty beef chili with red sauce is ready to serve.
