Fish Cheese Pockets

Fish Cheese Pockets
Ingredients
Fish fillet 300 gm
Mozzarella cheese ½ packet
Tomato 1
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Lemon 1
Eggs 2
Sheets ½ kg
Corn flour ½ cup
Milk ½ cup
Flour ¼ cup
Oil for fry
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste

Method
• In a bowl mix together ¼ cup flour, ½ cup corn flour, 2 eggs and ½ cup milk. Make into low consistency batter and make sheets by pouring a little batter in frying pan. Fry till done.
• Cut 300 gm fish fillets into small pieces, add in 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped capsicum and 1 chopped onion.
• Also add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, juice of 1 lemon, ½ tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste.
• Now add ½ packet of grated mozzarella cheese.
• Cut each sheet like a spring roll. Fill with the prepared fish filling roll.
• Make batter with egg and flour, brush on sides and fold into roll.
• Lastly deep fry and serve hot.
