Beef Baking Roll

Ingredients
300 grams beef undercut
1 egg
1 green chili
1 medium carrot
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
Medium onion
½ packet mozzarella cheese
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp red chili flakes
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
Firstly, in a bowl, add 1 cup flour, 1 beaten egg and 1 cup milk and prepare a batter. Grease a frying pan and fry batter to form layers. In a different wok, add 300 gram sliced gram, 2 to 3 tbsp oil and half sliced onion in it. When onion is cooked, add 1 tbsp red chili flakes, salt to taste and finely chopped 1 spring onion in it. When all the ingredients are properly mixed, keep it aside. Keep a layer of flour roti and put spoonful of cooked beef and roll it. When all the rolls are formed, apply grate mozzarella cheese on it. Keep it on baking tray to bake it on already 200c for 8 to 10 minutes. When the color changes to golden, take it out to serve. Delicious Beef Baking Roll is ready.
