Chicken almond kebab

Chicken almond kebab

Ingredients
Chicken 2 breasts
Boiled potatoes 2
Almonds 100 gm
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Parsley ¼ bunch
Spring onion 1
Eggs 2
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Capsicum 1
Oil ¼ cup
Flour 2 tbsp
Method:
1- Boil chicken and potatoes.
2- Cut chicken breasts with a knife into small pieces. Mash the potatoes. Mix them together.
3- Now add ½ tsp black pepper, salt to taste, ¼ bunch chopped parsley, 1 chopped capsicum, 1 finely chopped spring onion and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
4- Finely chop almonds and put them aside.
5- Make round kebabs with this mixture.
6- In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and 2 tbsp flour.
7- Dip kebabs in this mixture, then coat with crushed almonds.
8- Heat a little bit of oil in pan and shallow fry the kebabs.
9- Delicious chicken almond kebabs are ready to serve.
