Grilled chanp with Palak masala

Ingredients:
Mutton chops ½ kg
Yogurt 250gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 4
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Boiled tomato 2
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Whole cumin 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Spinach 1 bunch
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Method:
1- Marinate ½ kg mutton chops with 2 tbsp papaya paste, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
2- In a bowl, add 250gm yogurt, 1tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder and salt. Mix well, then add mutton chops in it and leave aside.
3- Finely chop 1 bunch of spinach and put it in hot boiling water. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then allow it to cool down in cold water.
4- In a pan, heat 3 tbsp oil and fry 1 onion till it turns golden brown. Then add 1 tsp whole cumin and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5- Now add paste of 4 green chilies, ½ tsp cardamom powder and boiled spinach. Add a little bit of salt and cook for 4-5 minutes. Put it aside once cooked.
6- In grill pan, grill chops in a little bit of oil. When they turn tender take them out in a serving plate. Put cooked spinach on sides.
7- Delicious grilled chanp with palak masala is ready to serve.
