Nargisy kebab

Nargisy kebab


Ingredients
Mince beef 300g
Ghee 2tbsp
Chopped onions 2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
Yoghurt 125g
Mint leaves 1/4bunch
Coriander 1/4bunch
Salt as required
Eggs 1
Gram flour 2tbsp
Oil 1/4cup

For the filling
Chopped boiled eggs 2
Chopped green chilies 2
Chopped onion 1
Chopped coriander leaves a few
Salt as required
Whole milk yogurt 1tbsp

Method:-
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the filling
Heat ghee in a pan and add the chopped onions
When the onions turn soft add the garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder red chili powder, garam masala powder, and black pepper powder .Fry for 1 -2 minutes and remove from the stove
In a food processor chop together the yogurt, fried masala, chopped coriander,mint leaves, salt and minced beef
Put the mixture into a bowl and shape into large kebabs.
With the help of your fingers make a hole in each kebab .Then put some filling in the centre and form into a kebab again.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg and gram flour together, add a little water so that a mixture of thick consistency is formed.
Now coat each kebab with the batter. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs.
