Ingredients
- 2 C cookded shredded chicken, left over chicken works really well
- 2/3C bread crumbs
- 1 lg egg, beaten
- 1 egg white
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 1 md celery stalk, chopped
- 2 T chilli sauce
- 1 T hot red pepper sauce
- pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well
- Shape chicken mixture into about 7 small patties, or size to your liking (I made about 5 larger ones, goes better on buns)
- Place chicken on a baking sheet, cover, and chill for about 30 minutes
- In a nonstick skillet, cook patties, turning once until golden brown, about 10 minutes
