1 INGREDIENTS
Marination:
Chicken breast 1/2 kg
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Red pepper 1-2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper a pinch
Egg 2
Plain flour as requires (or 1/2 bowl)
Sauce:
Salt 1 tsp
Red pepper 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Chicken stock 300 ml
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Green chilli (chopped) according to taste
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Cut the chicken breast in cube shapes.
- Now add chopped ,salt and red pepper.
- Add eggs and mix them all well.
- Add plain flour in the chicken and coat them well.
- Leave it for 2-3 hour for marination.
- Fry the chicken pieces in a pan, using minimum oil.
- Sauce: Pour 2 tbsp oil in a pan and saute fry garlic.
- Add ketchup in above pan and cook for a while.
- Add chicken stock in it, mix them all.
- Add red pepper, salt, vinegar and sugar.
- Cook the sauce well.
- Dissolve some cornflour in water.
- Add corn flour mixture in the sauce to thicken it.
- Put chicken on the plate and then pour sauce on it.
