Chana daal 500 gm
5-6 ilaichi
Soak the daal for a few hours. Boil it with the ilaichi and mash of grind.
Sugar as required
Ghee ~ 1 cup
Zaffran soaked in water
Ilaichi powder ~ 1/4 tsp
Jaifal ~ 1/4 tsp
Pista, almond, khopra ~ as required
Kewra water
