OVEN SEEKH KEBAB
Ingredients
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Mint leaves 1/4bunch
Coriander ¼ bunch
Cashews 20g
Chopped onions 1
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Chopped green chilies 3
Mince beef 300g
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Cumin powder 1tbsp
Carom seeds 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Red food color 1/2tsp
Tomato purees 1tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1tsp
Egg yolk 1
Chili powder 1tsp
Salt as required
Oil 4tbsp
Poppy seeds 1TSP
OIL 1TBSP
Method:-
In a blender blend together the lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cashews, onions, green chilies, garlic and a little amount of water.
Pour the mixture into a bowl
In a food processor chop the mince beef and mix it with the prepared blended mixture
Shape the mince beef into seekh kebabs and thread each kebab onto skewers
Lightly grease baking tray and place the kebabs on top.
Brush the kebabs with oil and bake at 200C for 12 -15 minutes or until golden brown.
