Ingredients:
China grass 1 packet
Mango 1
Cocktail fruit 1 cup
Water 3 cup
Green color ½ tsp
Red color ½ tsp
Icing sugar 2 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Method:
Peal the mangoes and cut into cubes, mix it with fruit cocktail. Now take a sauce pan and add 1 ½ cup water, ½ packet china grass, 2 tbsp sugar and ½ tsp green color, cook on low flame. Take another pan add 1 ½ cup water, ½ remaining china grass, 2 tbsp sugar and ½ tsp red color, cook on low flame. As the green china grass dissolves, dish it out and freeze it for a while. When it gets frozen garnish with fruit cocktail and icing sugar. Same as with red china grass, as the red china grass dissolves, dish it out and freeze it for a while. When it gets frozen garnish with fruit cocktail and icing sugar.. The dish is ready to serve.
